Pune : NpNews24 Online  –  Maharashtra Prisons Department News | The Addl DGP (Prisons and Correctional Services), Amitabh Gupta, has decided to award 49 officials and employees of the prisons department for their excellent service by honouring them with medals and recommendation letters. DIG Prisons Umaji Tolaram Pawar from Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar will be among the awardees. (Maharashtra Prisons Department News)

 

A meeting of the committee set up for awarding high achievers with medals and recommendation letters was held on April 26, 2023. The meeting was attended by DIG Prisons Swati Sathe, DG Prisons SN Dhamal and other officials. A decision was taken to honour 49 officials and other employees with medals and recommendation letters.

 

An announcement was made by Addl DGP (prisons and correctional services) Amitabh Gupta and he congratulated the selected officials.
