Manager commits theft for girl-friend in hotel; steals cylinder and TV

It’s a major problem when the girlfriend ran away from house and settled with a bachelor person all he opted was to allegedly steal two cylinders and television set from the hotel where he worked.

Such incident had come to light, after the Hotel owner Namdev Shankar More, a resident of Kharadi who owns a hotel under the name Morya Dam Biryani, near Yashwantnagar on Bypass road, Kharadi. He lodged an First Information Report (FIR)  with Chandannagar police station which falls under the jurisdiction of Pune city police.

Based on the complaint the police have registered the case against the Mahadev Raghunath More who hails from Ahmednagar and current resident of Kharadi and two minors. Mahadev was working as Manager in the hotel while the two minors were working as helpers in the same hotel.

Speaking with NP News Network Namdev said, “Last month I had brought two filled cylinders kept and for few days my business was up and down and realised how my cylinders are used and missing. On which I started probing and on Friday after inspecting the hotel CCTV camera and other staffers interaction, I realised my manager Mahadev had stole my hotel two cylinders and along with Television set which total estimated worth of Rs 13,000. He denied it which prompted me to approach the police.”

Senior Inspector Rajendra Mulik of Chandanagar police station who is investigating the case said, “During our investigation, we arrested Mahadev. During our house search by our staffers we found such stolen items in his house and it seem he have an affair with a girl who is now living with him. And for last minute emergency purpose he had no other option he had to allegedly procure and stole such gas cylinders and Television Set.”

He added, “For which he had took help of two other assistant helper boys who worked in the hotel. We are probing it and other two boys seems to be minor. We have detained them and probing.”
