Man arrested for raping friend’s wife by threatening to throw acid on her face and to kidnap their child

After abusing the woman, the accused repeatedly demanded money from her and forced her to stay in a live-in relationship. A 39-year-old woman has lodged a complaint at the Chandan Nagar Police Station. Sajid Mohammad Ali Kunju (39) and Hasina have been arrested. Accused Sajid is a friend of the victim woman’s husband and the incident has happened repeatedly since 2021.

According to the details received, the accused Sajid and the victim’s husband were friends. Accused called the complainant woman and said, “I like you very much. Be my friend. I want to have physical relations with you. If you refuse, I will make your porn videos and photos and post them on social media.”

The accused threatened to kill the woman and throw acid on her face. He threatened to kidnap her child and forcibly took the victim woman to different places. The woman was forced to have sexual intercourse against her will. The accused repeatedly demanded money from the woman. The sister of the accused also threatened the victim to have a live-in relationship with her brother. On the complaint of the victim, the police registered a case and arrested the accused Sajid Kunju.
