Maharashtra Sadan scam: Chhagan Bhujbal’s problems likely to increase as govt takes a big step

Mumbai : NpNews24 Online  – The government will challenge the acquittal of the accused in the Maharashtra Sadan scam case in the High Court. Due to this, there is a possibility of increasing difficulty for senior leader of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Chhagan Bhujbal. Action is pending against 14 people, including Chhagan Bhujbal. Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has furnished important facts about the Maharashtra Sadan scam.

 

The Bombay sessions court had acquitted the accused in the Maharashtra Sadan scam case. The state government has sought the opinion of central legal experts about challenging this decision in the High Court. The case was closed during the Maha Vikas Aghadi government, which was earlier in power, despite the Law and Justice Department commenting on challenging the acquittal decision of the Bombay sessions court in the High Court.

 

After the transfer of power in the state, the state government has sought the advice of legal experts in this regard. Therefore, the file of the Maharashtra Sadan scam case will be reopened. The government’s actions have also increased in this matter. But how the acquitted Chhagan Bhujbal reacts in this case remains to be seen.
