Today, the number of new corona cases in Maharashtra has crossed 35 thousand. Today 35,952 new cases were reported. While 20,444 patients were discharged and 111 patients died of corona in the entire state.

With the increase in new cases of corona, the infection rate in Indian capital Delhi is also increasing. Here the infection rate has increased to 1.69 percent. Whereas the infection rate was 2.16 percent on 16 December. In the last 24 hours, 5 patients died of corona in Delhi. In this way, the death toll from Corona here has reached 10,978.

The number of active corona patients in Delhi has also exceeded 5 thousand. The number of active patients has now risen to 5,497, while it is the largest number since December 31, 2020. On December 31, the number of active patients in Delhi was 5,511.
