The Bombay High Court gave a big verdict on the charge of Rs 100 crore by former Police Commissioner of Mumbai Param Bir Singh on Home Minister Anil Deshmukh. The High Court has handed over the investigation of this entire case to the CBI.

Not only this, the court has also directed the CBI to present a primary report in this regard within 15 days and if any facts come out in their investigation, then it has been directed to take further action. Advocate Jayashree Patil had filed this petition against Anil Deshmukh.

The bench of the Bombay High Court Chief Justice Dipankar Dutta and Justice GS Kulkarni heard the case. In the decision of the Bombay High Court, handing over the entire case to the CBI is considered a big setback for Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh.
