Lalu Yadav’s health improves, Hearing on bail plea today

New Delhi : The health of RJD chief and former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad, who is serving sentence in the fodder scam, has improved. Lalu, admitted to Delhi AIIMS, has been shifted from CCU (coronary care unit) to private ward. He has been kept under the supervision of doctors.

At the same time, the bail plea of Lalu Yadav will be heard today in the High Court of Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh. A special request was made to the court for early hearing on bail. Accepting Lalu Prasad’s plea, the court has fixed the date of hearing on his bail.

The case is listed for hearing in the court of Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh. Bail has been demanded from Lalu Prasad Yadav’s side in this case, citing half of the sentence being completed and various ailments. Lalu Prasad Yadav has been sent to AIIMS Delhi from RIMS in Ranchi for better treatment.
