Lalu Yadav disappointed after not getting bail from High Court

New Delhi : Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) President and former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav has been admitted to AIIMS for four weeks. However, the condition of Lalu Yadav suffering from several chronic diseases remains stable. Even then they may have to be admitted for a long time. A senior doctor said that creatinine levels are still high due to kidney disease. Because of this, he has been admitted.

It may take three to four weeks for creatinine levels to improve. So for the moment, he will not be discharged from AIIMS. He will be discharged once creatinine improves. It is being told that he was a little disappointed at the information about not getting bail.

It is noteworthy that due to kidney and heart disease, he was admitted to AIIMS on January 23 from Ranchi by air ambulance to Delhi. He is being treated under the leadership of Dr. Rakesh Yadav, Professor of Cardiology Department at AIIMS. Initially, he was admitted to ICU some days. Because at the time when he was brought to AIIMS, he had kidney and heart problems. There was also a lung infection. After the infection improved he was transferred to the private ward of the cardiac neuro center. He has since been admitted to the private ward. The doctor says that he no longer has a particular heart problem and still has kidney problems because creatinine levels are not normal. Doctors are busy treating him.

Jharkhand High Court did not give bail
On Friday, the Jharkhand High Court refused to grant bail to former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Yadav, saying that there is still two months left to complete half of his sentence. Lalu was seeking bail citing the completion of half the sentence. He is serving a seven-year prison sentence in a fodder scam case. He is admitted to AIIMS, Delhi due to poor health. Where he is under the supervision of doctors.
