Kanhaiya Kumar Trailing from Begusarai

Npnews24 online, Begusarai: Begusarai is one of the most closely watched battles where kanhaiya Kumar, a former President of Jawaharlal Nehru University Students’ Union (JNUSU), is challenging the BJP’s dominance  in the Lok Sabha constituency.

In Begusarai, where his party CPI has some base, Kumar is engaged in a triangular battle with BJP’s Giriraj Singh and RJD’s Tanveer Hasan.  In 20104 general election, JD (U)’s Rajiv Ranjan Singh won the seat but JD(U)’s Monzair Hassan won it in 2009. BJP’s Bhola Singh has been its MP since 2014.
