Irfan Mulani booked for encroaching upon parking space at Gagan Emerald society in Kondhwa
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime | A person was booked for encroaching upon the common parking space at the Gagan Emerald Housing Society. Hamza Mohammad Hussain Aga (35), a resident of Kondhwa, lodged a complaint in this regard. (Pune Crime)
The police have booked Irfan Mulani. The incident took place between September 1, 2020 and January 27, 2022. According to the police, Hamza Aga bought a flat at the Gagan Emerald Housing Soc. He was allotted parking slot no. 58. Irfan Mulani was allotted parking slot no. 55. Mulani, however, was angry with the builder. Therefore, he used to park his car in such a way that Aga used to find it difficult to park his vehicle at his parking slot. Thus, Mulani blocked Aga’s parking by parking his car in the latter’s parking slot.
In spite of repeated requests, Mulani continued to park his vehicle in Aga’s parking slot. Hence, Aga approached the police and lodged a complaint. The police booked Mulani under section 447 of IPC.
The Kondhwa police are investigating further.
