INDUCTION PROGRAM FOR MBA STUDENTS AT GHRCEM

Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune News | GH Raisoni College of Engineering & Management, Wagholi Pune organized a three day induction program for the newly admitted MBA students to the batch 2021-23. The induction program was aimed at Orientation, Opportunity and Academic Inspiration to New budding Managers. Over the 100 students of the MBA-First year attended the event.

Senior students welcomed all students and dignitaries. Dr. R. D. Kharadakar, Campus Director interacted with the newly admitted students, with their inspiring speech along with details of the campus and its facilities. Prof. Dr. Shivanand Sanmath, Head, Department of MBA has congratulated students and gave the presentation on Two years full time MBA Autonomous Course Journey with Structure of Curriculum & Co curriculums & Examination scheme etc. In Second half, the session Director of MBA, Nagpur Dr. Aarti Despande rendered valuable advice to new students and briefed about the Induction events schedule. Further Management Games were conducted by Management Trainer Rozina Rana on how to build leadership and decision-making skills.

The Second day event started with a Case Study presentation by Dr. Trupti Dhote related to case study concept and case study of ‘Tourism branding.’ The second half session was followed by Screening Management Learning Movie, and its analysis added the values of goal setting, perseverance, determination, crisis management, team spirit, leadership, role of guides/ mentors, adaptability to change, failure management, etc.

The last day event, the student fest & guidance served by Dr. Jyoti Pillay and Prof. Vishal Singh. Students were divided in six groups to perform the different Dance, Performance activities like fun fare to learn Marketing, Financing the stall & earning out of it. On this special occasion two groups were awarded for excellent performance with Case Money. The function was coordinated by the faculty members of MBA department Dr. Neha Gupta and Prof. Sagar Satpute. All the norms of Covid appropriate behaviour were followed during the whole function.
