Amaravati, Nov 30 (IANS) The Andhra Pradesh government on Monday ordered the transfer of Municipal Administration Commissioner and Director Vijay Kumar and posted him as the Secretary of Environment, Forests, Science and Technology Department.Kumar, a 2001-batch Indian Administrative Service officer, will continue to hold additional charge as Chief Executive Officer of AP State Development Planning Society, ex-officio Secretary to government, Planning Department, and CEO-cum-Managing Director, Institute of Leadership Excellence and Governance (ILEG).J Shyamala Rao, a 1997-batch IAS officer and Secretary, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department has been given full additional charge of the post of Commissioner and Director, Municipal Administration. –IANSsth/tsb
