“I start my day at 5 am everyday” says Aashim Gulati

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- StarPlus’ latest show, KarnSangini, where actor Aashim Gulati is seen playing the role of Karn, has been winning hearts of the viewers with his extraordinary performance on screen. The actor has been putting a lot of efforts towards preparing for his role.

Aashim Gulati plays a mythological character and is loved by the audience. He wakes up at 5:00 AM everyday irrespective of how late the shoot went the previous night. There are times when the shoot schedules demand for late shifts, extra time and efforts. The actor never misses out on his set routine every morning. “I have a set routine for myself and wake up at 5AM every day or at least try to. I visit my gym where I training for kickboxing as well as maintaining my physique for Karn’s role. I am regularly meditate and chant to keep myself positive and then go on set.”

The hard working actor then goes to the set for shooting his serial, KarnSangini. How much ever the shoot schedule demands from him, he never fails to follow his routine.
