Hindu Federation challenges Aryan Khan’s release in High Court

Mumbai : NpNews24 Online  –  The Hindu Federation has challenged the acquittal of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in the drug cruise party case in the High Court. Anand Dave, founder, Hindu Federation and Adv Subodh Pathak addressed a press conference in this regard.

Aryan Khan was caught red-handed at the spot during the drug cruise party and confessed to the crime before the investigating officers. So the court also rejected his bail twice. However, the court acquitted Aryan Khan and his associates. Therefore, we are challenging his release in the court, said the Hindu Federation.

The High Court granted bail to Aryan Khan in the drug cruise party case. This decision has been challenged in the High Court. A petition was filed on July 13, 2022 in this regard. The hearing is going on. Issues have been raised in this petition about how negligent the investigation agencies were in the investigation process of this drug cruise party, that they went beyond their jurisdiction and helped all these accused. Dave and Adv. Pathak said that documents regarding this have been submitted to court. Therefore, Shahrukh Khan’s problems are likely to increase.
