नई दिल्ली : एन पी न्यूज 24 – ऋषिकेश शहर धार्मिक स्थली के रूप में बहुत प्रसिद्ध है. पुलिस ने यहां धड़ल्ले से जारी जिस्मफरोशी के धंधे का भंडाफोड़ किया है, जिसके बाद से शहर में हडकंप मच गया है. पुलिस ने शहर से सेक्स व्यवसाय के कारोबार में लिप्त तीन युवक और युवतियों को गिरफ्तार किया है. पुलिस ने 6 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया और उनसे 78,000 रुपये जब्त किए हैं.
गोपनीय जानकारी मिलने के बाद पुलिस चीनी गोदाम रोड गली नंबर 6 पर पहुंची तो उन्होंने कुछ सेंट्रो कार को आते देखा। पुलिस द्वारा जब कार को रोकने का प्रयास किया गया तो ड्राइवर ने भागने की कोशिश की, लेकिन पुलिस ने उसे हिरासत में ले लिया।
पूछताछ के दौरान, आरोपी नारायण पाल ने पुलिस को बताया कि वह कार में बैठी महिलाओं को देह व्यापार के लिए ले जा रहा था। इसने पुलिस को आगे बताया कि, वह अपने किराये के घर में यह कारोबार कर रहा था। यही से उसने एक सेक्स रैकेट का धंधा शुरू किया। वह युवतियों की मांग के अनुसार उन्हें भेजने के लिए 20 हजार रुपये का कमीशन लेता था।
नारायण ने कहा कि वह इस व्यवसाय को पिछले 5-6 महीनों से चला रहा था। वह व्हाट्सएप के जरिए ग्राहकों को युवतियों की फोटो भेजकर डील करता था। वह गोविंदा नाम के एक व्यक्ति के साथ मिलकर यह कारोबार चला रहा था। पुलिस ने पूछताछ में कार को जब्त कर अपराध दर्ज कर लिया है।
