Hadapsar-Pulgate metro route work to start soon

Pune : NpNews24 Online  – Pune Metro | MahaMetro will soon start work on Pulgate-Hadapsar route. This was revealed by MahaMetro PRO Hemant Sonawane.

MahaMetro and PMRDA have planned a 43-km expansion of metro railway routes. They include Khadakwasla to Swargate, Swargate to Race Course and Hadapsar to Saswad routes. Pimpri-Chinchwad to Swargate, Vanaz to Ramwadi and Shivajinagar to Hinjawadi routes are being constructed. PMRDA has decided to extend Shivajinagar to Hinjawadi route up to Loni Kalbhor. Moreover, Khadakwasla to Kharadi route will also be built. The extended metro route plan includes, Shivajinagar, Pulgate, Hadapsar, Loni Kalbhor and an extension up to Saswad. (Pune Metro)

Sonawane said, “We have readied the plan. However, it is yet not decided whether the work will be undertaken by MahaMetro or will be done on the public private partnership (PPP) basis.
