Goods worth ₹1.25 lakh stolen from Vishrantwadi police colony

Pune : NpNews24 Online  –  Pune Crime News | There has been an increase in cases of vehicle thefts, robberies and house break-ins. The robbers strike when house owners go out after locking the house. Two thefts have been reported from the police colony at Vishrantwadi. The robbers have stolen household goods worth ₹1.25 lakh. (Pune Crime News)

 

Police constable Allauddin Musa Sayyed (27), a resident of Alandi Road, has lodged a complaint at the Yerawada police station. The complainant, Sayyed, is a resident of Vishrantwadi police colony. He is working with the Rapid Action Force of the Pune police. Pavan Pawar stays near his house. Sayyed had gone out by locking his house and Pawar had gone out of Pune to attend a marriage ceremony.

 

The robbers took advantage of this and entered Pawar’s house by breaking the lock and stole goods worth ₹93,000 and decamped with goods worth ₹33,000 from the complainant’s house. The robbers stole goods worth ₹1.25 lakh from both the houses. PSI Ankush Dombale is investigating the case.
