Girl cheated of ₹50 lakh after being promised huge returns on investment
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime News | An incident has come to light wherein a girl was cheated of ₹50 lakh by promising her huge returns on her investment. The girl has lodged a complaint at the Kondhwa police station against the two people. The police have registered an FIR against the two. (Pune Crime News)
The FIR has been registered against Director of Shrimant Bazaar Company Shrikant Ramachar Holehunnar, a resident of Pimple Nilkah and Nitin Vilas Koshti (42), a resident of Pisoli. According to the police, the girl stays in Loni Kalbhor. She got acquainted with Holehunnar and Koshti.
The accused told the girl that if she invests money in their company, she would get ₹80.42 lakh in 100 days. The girl trusted them and invested in their company and her relatives also invested in the company. They did not get any returns after investing their money and did not return ₹50 lakh invested by them. After the girl realised that she had been cheated, she lodged a complaint with the police. PSI Dhame is carrying out further probe.
