Fourth S Balan Cup T20 League: Hemant Patil Cricket Academy and Nutrilicious teams score second consecutive wins
Pune : NpNews24 Online – S. Balan Cup T20 League | In the fourth S Balan Cup T20 League organised by Punit Balan Group, Hemant Patil Cricket Academy and Nutrilicious teams defeated their opponents and registered heir second consecutive victory. (S. Balan Cup T20 League)
In the tournament which is being held at Shinde High School ground at Sahakar Nagar, Hemant Patil Cricket Academy defeated Global Warriors cricket club by eight runs due to the excellent performance of Ruturaj Dhulgude.
Batting first, Hemant Patil Cricket Academy scored 150 runs. Shreyas Mitkari (28), Rohit Karanjkar (27), Swapnil Fulpagar (25) and Ruturaj Dhulgude (16) contributed to its innings. Global Warriors Cricket Academy could score only 142 runs. Raj Sambre (20), Kshitij Kabir (21) and Neeraj More (20) made a valiant attempt to overhaul their opponent’s score but fell short by eight runs.Krishna Patil and Ruturaj Dhulgude shone with the ball.
Based on Aditya Londhe’s all-round performance, Nutrilicious Team defeated Evano 11 Team by four wickets. Evano 11 batting first, scored 138 runs. Rakesh Mate (37) and Shivraj Shinde (38) steadied the innings. The Nutrilicious Team achieved their target in 17.4 overs by losing six wickets. Shantanu Khenat (40), Yogesh Takwale (20) and Aditya Londhe (18) helped their team to score an easy victory.
