Five youths from Junnar Taluka join the Indian Army; villagers facilitate them

Junnar: Five youths from Junnar have been recruited in the Indian Army. Niketan Konde (Dhamankhel), Suraj Doke (Kumshet), Prathamesh Mahakal (Mandarne), Aditya Dongre (Ballalwadi), Nikhil Kabadi (Kabadwadi) were honored at Dhamankhel, Kabadiwadi. People carried the jawans on their shoulders and marched around the village wishing them well.

This is the first time that 5 jawans have joined the Indian Army from Junnar at the same time. The event was organized by Omkar Meher Mitra Parivar at Junnar.

Former mayors Bharti Meher, Tulshiram Shirsath, Baliram Thorat, Ravindra Kajle, Akshada Gadekar, Ganesh Shete and many others were present on the occasion.

In honor of these five jawans at Dhamankhel, their mentor, Dr. Babasaheb Mane, ex-serviceman Ramesh Kharmale, Patil and all the office bearers of the village were present. The 5 youths were facilitated in presence of Police Inspector Vikas Jadhav and other villagers.
