Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime News | An FIR of cheating, fraud and issuing threats has been registered against former corporator of BJP from Kausarbag Mohammadwadi ward number 26 Sanjay Ghule (50), a resident of Nyati Chowk, Mohammadwadi and two others, at the Kondhwa police station. The FIR has been registered against Sanjay Ghule, Aniket Ghule (28), both residents of Nyati Chowk, Mohammadwadi and Ganesh Chaundhe at the Kondhwa police station based on a complaint lodged by Madhura Ramdas Gaikwad (42), a resident of Mohammadwadi.
Sanjay Ghule is former corporator of BJP from Kausarbag Mohammadwadi ward number 26. He owns plotting at survey number seven at Mohammadwadi. Two and a half guntha land was proposed to be sold to Madhura Gaikwad for ₹55 lakh. A token amount of ₹12 lakh was taken from the complainant. After the complainant asked Ghule about the sale deed, she came to know that he had sold it to another person. The complaint states that the complainant was abused and threatened that she will be killed.
The incident took place from August 26, 2019 to July 2022. After the complainant approached the court, an FIR has been registered based on the court’s order.
