FIR filed against man for sexually abusing 13-year-old daughter of live-in partner in Pune
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime | A man who was in a live-in relationship with a woman sexually assaulted her 13-year-old daughter. The Vishrambaug police have filed an FIR against Suryasen Jayawantrao Pawar (45), a resident of Narayan Peth. (Pune Crime)
A 34-year-old woman has lodged a complaint at the Vishrambaug police station. The incident took place from 2016 to 2017.
According to the police, the complainant and the accused know each other and they were in a live-in relationship. When her daughter used to come home and when she was changing, he used to remove all her clothes and indulge in obscene behaviour and sexually abuse her. He threatened her that if she informed her mother, then he will kill both of them. He used to beat her up and assaulted her below one of her eyes.
After they started staying separately, the girl informed her mother who approached the police and lodged a complaint. PSI Salunkhe is investigating the case.
