‘Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar’ show team ditches using plastic on set

NPnews24 Online Pune: The Team of ‘Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar’ on Star Pravah has taken a step forward to protect the environment.  The whole team of this series has decided to avoid using plastic that can harm nature. No plastic bottles are now allowed on the set.

Dashami Productions and the artists favoured the decision and steel bottles were brought on the set.

Each bottle had actors, directors and other team members’ names. This has prevented the use of a large amount of plastic.

Speaking about this unique initiative, Aditi Dravid, who plays the role of Tulsa, said, “We all know how serious the plastic problem is. As an educated and educated citizen, we must be aware of this. It is important to start with this change. We are delighted to have been inspired to start this. We have been given bottles written woth our name from Dashami Productions. I am sure this effort will inspire others as well to ditch plastic as well.”

Through the show, efforts are being made to spread the thoughts and ideals of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar to the people.

The whole team is ready to make a real difference. The series will also see the marriage of Rama and Bhiva soon. You can watch ‘Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar’ on Star Pravaah from Monday to Saturday at 9 pm.
