Chandrakant Patil takes overview of SRA projects

Patil said that the builder should increase the house rent of 19 beneficiaries of Dandekar Pul SRA. “A positive way will be found by holding a meeting in the presence of the CM regarding the case of Shree Punyeshwar Cooperative Housing Society in the Bombay High Court. The SRA should take action accordingly. The SRA should take action regarding the proposal to increase the height of the building to 56 metres of the Gujarat Colony SRA,” Patil said while advising the SRA administration.
CEO of SRA Gatne gave information about various projects. An overview of SRA schemes at Dandekar Pul near Parvati, Shree Punyeshwar Cooperative Housing Society, Kasba Peth and 721 Gujarat Colony was taken.
