CBI claimed, “Sachin Andure who fired Dr Narendra Dabolkar” in court

After the major breakthrough of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) investigation has held that the arrested 29-year-old Aurangabad based resident has gun down the founder of Maharashtra Andashraddha Nirmulan Samiti Dr Narendra Dabolkar in Pune and informed the court such accused undergone a rigorous training in Maharashtra and Karanataka of firing. In the meantime, the family claims he is innocent and made scapegoat.

CBI on Saturday arrested Sachin Prakashrao Andure (28) from Aurangabad late evening andon Sunday under heavy police bandobast Andure was produced in Pune court before judicial magistrate first class A S Muzumdar and remanded to police custody till August 26.The reporters were not even allowed to carry their mobile handset in the court premises, this has occurred first time in court.

On 20 August, 2013, Dr Narendra Dabolkar founder of ANIS was killed by two person on motorcycle at 7.20 am. A case of murder was registered with Deccan Gymkhana police station by Pune police and in 2016 such case was probe by CBI which is been monitored by Bombay High court. And on Monday ANIS volunteer had organised a nationwide protest of “Jawab Do” agitation to question the government what have they planned to do with Sanathan Santha and such right wing outfit who are using force to curb the voice of rational thinker as its five year to complete that Dr Dabolkar lost his life while raising issues on anti-superstition in society by non-violence means. He was a rational and progressive thinker.

Arrested Andure is graduate and married two year back and have a six month of son. He is working as accountant in garment store and from Aurangabad. Andure father was goldsmith and worked in Aurangabad based famous jewellers for three decade. Initially, they lived in joined family but in 2006, death of their parent, arrested person and his brother Pravin started living separately.

On Sunday around 1 pm Andure was produced before JMFC. He spoke to his brother and lawyer and the court proceeding began.

CBI’s senior lawyer Vijaykumar Dakane strongly argued and informed the court that, “the case is sensitive and for in-depth investigation of this case is needed, as such link is connecting to Maharashtra and Karnataka. Its a big conspiracy. CBI needs 14 days police custody of arrested accused. We are on right track and there is no false theory in case neither any chargesheet is false. CBI suspect his involvement as one person who trigger the gun and one of the motorcycle borne who fired Dabolkar. As such accused have been undergone continues weapon trainings in Maharashtra and Karnataka and need to find out where particularly as well as to probe the infrastructure where are they getting it. Need to find out the funding’s need to be probe, arms procurement, how they are link, the logistic support and other aspects for which their police custody is important.”

Andure’s lawyer Prakash Salsingikar objected and raised question on past CBI theory chargesheet filed in this case and claimed nowhere in chargesheet Andure’s name has been involvement. Vinay Pawar and Sarang Akolkar names have been mentioned and the sketch is also look like them who are wanted and underground. Even in this case police in past have arrested Manish Nagore and Vikas Khandewal who had fired. We know that investigation agencies and government are under pressure as tomorrow its fifth year of Dr Dabolkar killers are still not arrested which does not meant that make Andure as accused. Arrest the innocent. Are they any proof and the sketch is also not matching with Andure at all. CBI has neglected the fundamental rights of Andure and violated his rights as his family was not informed about the arrest and he is been grilled by them since August 14 then why there is need of police custody. He is forced to signed on some false statements and blank papers.”

Sachin’s brother Pravin rushed to Pune the moment he heard his brother is arrested from news channels. He said, “My brother is falsely implicated in the case and he has small child. He is bread winner of family. He cannot do such inhuman act please release my brother. I am proud of him but he cannot do this. If he was indulge in such crime he would be harden criminal and been a rich man today. He never drink anyone tea neither fall pray to any such modus of becoming rich. Why would he stay in rent house. He has been portray to be a terrorist but he very sensative by nature. He is made scapegoat.”

he further stated, “I had word with my brother in court after court gave us permission to talk, he was discourage and worried. He said he is innocent. We are poor, we do not know anyone in Pune.”
