Ashok Chavan will join BJP before next LS polls, says Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Shirsat

During the meeting, Balasaheb Thorat of Congress, Ashok Chavan, Ajit Pawar and Uddhav Thackeray severely criticised the Narendra Modi government at the Centre and the Shinde-Fadnavis government in the state. The leaders of BJP and Shiv Sena have replied to the allegations levelled against them. The MLA of Shinde group, Sanjay Shirsat, has made a special revelation while replying to the charges. Sanjay Shirsat said, “The leaders of Congress and NCP had gathered on the stage to make fun of Uddhav Thackeray. They will never come together. The state chief of Congress Nana Patole did not attend the meeting. Was he so sick that he could not attend the meet? Nana Patole is going to the Surat court.”
“There is no unity in the Congress. Ashok Chavan does not get along with other leaders. Chavan is not getting treatment in the Congress. Hence, Ashok Chavan is going to join BJP before the next LS election,” he said.
“Ashok Chavan is making efforts to join the BJP. Many developments have happened. Balasaheb Thorat will not join BJP because Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil has joined it. They are always in the opposite camp. If Vikhe Patil goes to the Congress, Balasaheb Thorat will join the BJP. Ashok Chavan will definitely join the BJP,” he added.
