Arnab Goswami Faces Many FIRs After Remarks on Sonia Gandhi & Blaming Congress for Mid-Night Attack
Ranchi : A case has been filed against Arnab Goswami under various charges including making objectionable remarks against Congress Committee National President Sonia Gandhi, including use of inflammatory language and spoiling the environment of the country. Surendra Dadri, former chairman and PCC member of the District Congress Committee, filed a case against Arnab Goswami at the Town Police Station under sections 153, 505, 469, 471, 499, 500, 120B and Section 51, 52 of the Disaster Management Act and 66A of the IT Act.
Apart from this, a case has been filed against Arnab at many other places. Here, Executive Chairman and MLA of Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee Dr. Irfan Ansari and Chairman of Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Research Wing Ajaynath Shahdev also lodged an FIR against Arnab at Jagannathpur police station in Ranchi on Thursday. State Congress Working President Rajesh Thakur has filed a complaint in Bokaro.

Application for FIR against Arnab Goswami at Kotwali police station
A complaint has been filed against Arnab Goswami at the Kotwali police station in Ranchi. He has been charged with spreading religious conflicts in India, abusing Congress President Sonia Gandhi and other charges. On these allegations, Jharkhand Pradesh Congress spokesperson cum State Youth Congress vice-president Kumar Raja has complained against Arnab Goswami at the Kotwali police station.
A case has been registered against Arnab Goswami under sections 117, 120B, 153, 153A, 295A, 298, 500, 504, 505, 506 of IPC and section 1860r / w section 66A of Information Technology Act 2000.
