Amit Shah wrote a letter to the doctor who treated him for coronavirus

New Delhi: The Home Minister wrote a letter to doctor who treated him for coronavirus and expressed his gratitude. Amit Shah and his wife Sonal Shah thanked Siddharth, a doctor at Vardhman Mahaveer Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital.

He wrote, ‘I have no words for the way you took care of me day and night in these two weeks. I and my family are sincerely thankful to you for your service, dedication and compassion. I want you to continue to serve humanity in a similar way, serve the nation. He further added, ‘ with the grace of God and your efforts I have now returned to my residence in a healthy way’.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah was tested positive for coronavirus a few days ago. Amit Shah was admitted to AIIMS in Delhi for treatment. Amit Shah has returned home after treatment after recovering and this letter. Sonal and Amit Shah thanked the doctor and said that you continue to serve humanity and the nation with the same spirit.

Amit Shah was still working when he admitted to hospital. He has launched many schemes and initiated new policies from hospitals. Shah laid the foundation stone of a ₹ 229 crore 24X7 water supply scheme in the Gandhinagar Lok Sabha constituency of Gujarat through videoconferencing. This scheme has been started under the ‘Seva Week’ celebrated to commemorate PM Modi’s birthday. He was discharged on 17 September.
