Mumbai: Anushka Sharma, who has stepped into the digital platform from web series Patal Lok, has brought a surprise for her fans. Anushka has shared the first look of her web film Bulbbul. The film will be released on Netflix on June 24. Anushka has shared the motion poster of the film.
Bulbbul is the next offering from Anushka Sharma’s Clean Slate Production House. It is a period drama film. The story revolves around superstitions and beliefs. In the film, Avinash Tiwari, Trupti Dimri, Rahul Bose, Parambrata Chatterjee will be seen playing important roles. Talking about the story, it is the story of a person named Satya who returns to his village after many years and sees that his brother’s wife Bulbbul has been abandoned. Bulbbul is said to have supernatural elements.
Anushka has not shared much information related to the film. It is being said that this is one of the 8 projects that her production house is working on. In a chat with Rajiv Masand last month, Anushka told that she is enjoying being a producer. She was last seen in Zero alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
