3 notorious criminals arrested for house break-in incidents at Loni Kalbhor
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime | The Loni Kalbhor police have arrested three notorious criminals for house break-in incidents. The police have seized gold jewellery of 30 gm worth Rs 1.5 lakh. The police took action in the Wakadi area by laying a trap.
The accused have been identified as Shah Rukh Vijay Pawar (27), Bajya Vijay Pawar (21), Devgun Vijay Pawar (19), all residents of Maptemala, Atpadi taluka, Sangli district.
Yallappa Kallappa Sannake, a resident of Holkarwadi and hailing from Solpaur has filed a complaint at the Loni Kalbhor police station. The accused had broken into the house of the complainant after he had gone out of station and stolen gold ornaments of 30 gm.
The investigation team consisting of policemen Nitin Gaikwad and Sunil Naglot came to know that the robbery was committed by notorious criminal Shah Rukh Vijay Pawar and his brothers and they were now in the Wakadi area.
The police carried out a search and arrested them. When they were questioned, they admitted their involvement in the crime. The police have recovered goods worth Rs 1.5 lakh. Devgun Pawar was absconding in two house break-in cases in Loni Kalbhor.
The action was taken by a police team consisting of API Raju Mahanor, Digambar Bidve, policemen Nitin Gaikwad, Sunil Naglot, Srinath Jadhav, Sambhaji Devikar and Digambar Salunke under the guidance of CP Amitabh Gupta, Joint CP Dr Ravindra Shisve, Additional CP Namdev Chavan, DCP Namrata Patil, ACP Bajrang Desai, senior police inspector Rajendra Mokashi and police inspector Subhash Kale.
