Get Rid of Double Chin & Belly Fat Post Pregnancy With Yoga
Mumbai : Most women experience weight gain and double chin from pregnancy to delivery. During pregnancy, such a problem is faced due to over-eating and not doing physical exercises. According to Swami Ramdev, women can get rid of this problem easily by doing some yoga.
If you have had a cesarean delivery, start yoga after at least 3 months. Start doing pranayama at least after 1 month.
To reduce double chin, move your neck back and forth daily. Also, rotate it slowly slowly. Apart from this Yogasan, do the Kapalabhati and Anulom-Vilom slowly. You will get benefit from this.
Walking is also a good exercise that can be done after a c-section. It is a light and simple exercise. It helps to bring the muscles as before pregnancy.
Drink plenty of water even after delivery. Along with this, get better sleep and less stress. This will also keep your body fit.
