Mumbai: Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan has made a distinct identity in Bollywood in a very short time. These days, she is in the discussion about her recent release ‘Love Aaj Kal’.  Not only due to acting, but Sara Ali Khan is also very much in discussion because of her body transformation. Only a few years ago, Sara, who looked overweight and weighed 90 Kg, has become a fitness icon for people today.

During an interview given to a media house recently, she shared few things about her diet and lifestyle. By knowing these easy tips, you too can be fit like Sara.

Sara told that she likes to take turmeric, cabbage and hot water with morning workouts. After the workout, she takes protein diet which includes Greek yogurt and a cup of coffee with it. She told about her breakfast, lunch and dinner that she likes non-veg so she definitely keeps eggs and chicken in her diet. Apart from this, she is fond of Chinese dishes.

Not only this, Sara also told about her cheat diet here. She said that she takes cheat meals once a week. When asked what proved to be most helpful in her transformation, she told that she used to eat pizza only in the morning, afternoon, evening, all the time. But now she avoids pizza. Sara also shared few things about her exercise, in which she told that she prefers to exercise at night more than getting up early in the morning. And she like to do cardio and Pilate exercises.

Bollywood’s rising actress Sara Ali Khan started her film career in the year 2018 with Abhishek Kapoor’s film Kedarnath, for which people appreciated her acting. After this, she also did Rohit Shetty’s film ‘Simba’ in which Ranveer Singh was seen in the lead role. ‘Simba’ emerged as the highest-grossing film of 2018. Recently, Sara appeared in Imtiaz Ali’s romantic drama Love Aaj Kal which has been flopped badly on box office.
