The US on Friday issued the highest level travel warning for the LoC as well as Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
The Foreign Ministry has said in its advisory that there are major threats in many places in Pakistan. Do not visit these places because of incidents of terrorism and extinction in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.  Especially on the India-Pakistan border from where many terrorist organizations operate.

The Ministry of External Affairs gave an example of killings in terrorist incidents and said that such attacks are continuous in Pakistan. In these areas, Indian and Pakistani military forces periodically fire incidents across the LoC.
