13 days and unstoppable hiking fuel prices

Since the past 13 days, prices of petrol have been increasing rapidly

The nation witnessed a hike in prices of petrol an diesel a few days back. After which, it has become the latest topic of discussion among the political leaders and the common people. Parties blaming oppositions and fuelling politics has become the latest trend.

It has been 13 days, and the prices of fuel have kept on increasing. In the last few days, prices of petrol have reached Rs. 91 per liter in various parts of Maharashtra, whereas in Pune the price of petrol is Rs. 88.40 per liter and diesel are Rs. 77.10 per litre.

In Pune’s Parbhani area petrol price reached Rs. 91.32 on Monday. In Nanded, 91.11 per litre. In areas like  Nandurbar, Ratnagiri, Beed, Aurangabad, Latur, and Jalgaon petrol prices have gone beyond 90 Rs. per litre.

On Monday, the prices of petrol increased up to 10 paise per litre and diesel 9 paise per litre. Including the metropolitan cities, all other cities have witnessed a severe increase in the prices of petrol and diesel.

Petrol Prices all over India:

In Mumbai, Petrol prices are Rs. 89.44 litres, in Kolkata, Rs. 83.91 litres, in Pune, Rs. 89.03 litres, in Chennai, Rs. 85.31 litres and New Delhi, Rs. 82.06 litres. Likewise, various states across the nation have been witnessing the increase in fuel prices through the year.

Modi government or Bharatiya Janta Party(BJP) is being repeatedly criticized by the oppositions, various Congress leaders are attacking Modi Government in regard to this. And, such is being predicted by oppositions that due to the hike in prices BJP might lose upcoming elections of 2019.

This sudden increase in fuel prices has affected the Indian economy very badly.

Although Ravi Shankar Prasad, IT minister said, that controlling prices is not in the hands of the government, people are leaders are still facing problems dealing with the increased prices.
